Taoist Tai Chi

Monty, Donnie and Dianne have been practicing Tai Chi for 20, 8 and 6 years respectively. Monty and Donnie are volunteer instructors and all have benefited from their practice in terms of overall health, agility, balance, strength and calmness.

Today, our three presenters will demonstrate taoist tai chi movement,  explain the history of this particular form and how it impacts body, mind, spirit and emotions.
